友人に版画の展覧会に誘われた。私は今まで版画の作品は作った事はなかったので、「版画の作品」ではなく、「版画に対しての作品」を出品するという事で了承した。
私は、実際に今回の版画展で使用されていたプライスシートを壁に貼り、“購入された”という意味合いを持つ「赤い丸いシール」を実際に購入された、されていないに関わらず、会期中永遠と貼り続けていった。壁に貼り、床に貼り、最終的には他の出品者の版画作品に貼っていった。
私は版画という媒体に憧れの気持ちを持つ。 そして共に不安も感じている。

A friend of mine invited me to a print exhibition. As I hadn't made a
print work so far, I accepted the offer if I could exhibit a work towards
the print, not a print work.
I put a price sheet that was actually used at that exhibition on the wall, and stuck red dot stickers (which usually mean the work was sold) regardless their sales. I kept doing it during the exhibition from on the wall to the floor, even to the others' works.
I have a longing to the print media. I also doubt of it.
